Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Fashion Love International.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You will have to pay for your own return shipment. Shipping fee or cost to return the item to us will not be refunded to you.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 90 days or less. We will Communicate with the customer keep you updated on the deliveries. If there any delays due to holidays,We will notify you regarding to this issue. We have warehouses that are located overseas and United States. Shipping and handling varies from each warehouse. Customers will be notified with estimated delivery date.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Fashion Love International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Fashion Love International is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
